Using TPG mobile in Singapore? Wondering how to contact them to answer your queries or troubleshoot issues you are facing with your TPG mobile number? Well, you are on the right page. But before contacting support, I would suggest you to check the past articles I wrote about TPG Singapore, they may answer your queries or solve your issues, check them out here: TPG Singapore articles@JILAXZONE.
TPG Mobile (or TPG Telecom) is one of the newest telco company here in Singapore, though actually they are not that new. TPG has been here since 2016 (check here). It’s an Australian-based telecommunication company, founded back in 1986 (here for more details).
Here’s how to contact TPG Mobile Singapore Support if you have issues.
Unfortunately at the time this article is written, there’s no contact number I can find to contact them, but I manage to find how a way to contact them by email. So yes, you can email them. On my case, the support replied within less than 24-hour.
1) Email to support@tpgmobile.sg.
2) Inside your email, don’t forget to mention your TPG mobile number.
3) Use the problem summary on your email title. Such as: “TPG Mobile Number gets deactivated”.
Here’s Tips to get answer quickly by TPG Mobile Singapore Support
While your actual mileage may vary, but here’s what I did when contacting them a few times to troubleshoot issues with my TPG Mobile Singapore number and get replied in less than 24-hour window:
1) Keep the email short. Don’t brag and don’t complain (too much). Cut to the chase on your issues.
Eg: When you have issues with payment, you are getting double charged, just stay to the fact that you are getting charged double and ask how support can help on it.
2) Send them new email each time. Once support give their reply and you have further queries/you need to answer support questions, sending them a new email, rather than replying to the existing email.
On my case, when I replied to support queries, I didn’t get replied but when I send them a new enquiry email with my answers to their queries, I got reply immediately. Again, your own experience with them may vary.
