Book Review: Why I read this book & you should consider reading this too
There were (and are) times I feel like everyone else around me always do things the opposite of what typically I do. Some are too slow, some are too fast, some are reluctant for change, some are very adaptive to change, some are way too detail, some are ok with just high level. Dealing with all these different types of people who are not like me, pretty much always causing me in a state of anger, about to explode and exhausted. By the end of the day, I am always running out of energy.
The turning point was when I realized that I may never be able to change the situation and change those people around me, so I started looking for a solution and ended up finding this book by Thomas Erikson.
Now I have finished reading the book, I have better understanding of not-only other people working and interacting around me but-also better understanding of my own-self – why I behave in the way I behave and how other people perceive my actions and reactions.
Using the knowledge of different types of people I got from the book on how to treat and deal with them, now rather than keep getting angry and exhausted myself, I can make use the knowledge to improve the situation and when dealing with different types of people, so that not only I can live and work more peacefully and happily but also can get better output without hurting or cursing anyone.
